Carbon steel tee is the most used type in all tees because carbon steel has great functions and affordable price.Galvanized pipe fittings has better anti-corrosive function than normal carbon steel pipe fittings,galvanized fittings have similar functions as stainless steel fittings,but the price is cheaper than stainless steel fittings.

SS 304/316 pipe tees are popular because these tees have excellent corrosion resistance.Tees can made for three types:BW (butt welded) tee,SW (socket weld) tee,THD (threaded) tee.Clients can choose different type of tees to satisfy different demands.ASME B 16.9 is represents butt welded fittings in American Standard.SW fittings and THD fittings are belong to forged fittings which marked as ASME B 16.11.
