Carbon Steel A105 Threaded Tee Dimensions
Carbon Steel A105 Threaded Tee are commonly used carbon steel grade which is used to manufacture forge piping components such as forged fittings and flange of small diameter piping, generally for piping whose nominal diameter is NPS 2 or smaller.
ASME B16.11 is the standard contains ratings, dimensions, tolerances, marking and material requirements for forged fittings, both socket-welding and threaded. Threaded Tee is available in pressure ratings Class 2000, 3000, and 6000;
Carbon Steel A105 Threaded Equal Tee is either used to combine or split a fluid flow. Threaded Pipe Tee have the same inlet and outlet sizes. Threaded Tee Fittings are used in different industries applications like chemical processing, oil refineries, petrochemical and many other industries.
An equal tee, otherwise called straight tee, means the branch diameter of this tee is same with the main pipe (Run pipe) diameter of this tee.
A pipe tee is defined “equal” when the bore size at the run and branch sides have the same diameter. An equal tee is, therefore, used to connect two pipes of the same nominal diameter.
A Carbon Steel A105 Threaded Reducing Tee is a T-shaped pipe fitting with two outlets that cut at 90 degrees to the main line. These tees are available with a combination of diverse outlet sizes. In this, the branch port size is smaller than the other ports of the run.
Carbon Steel A105 Threaded Tee are used for installing or repairing piping or tubing systems that convey liquid, gas, and occasionally solid materials. SA 105 fittings comes in a variety of sizes to fit the pipe they will connect. It is useful to combine, divert or reduce the flow of the water supply.
ASTM A105 socket weld fittings is a pipe attachment detail in which a pipe is inserted into a break up area of fitting, flange or valve. It is a good choice for high leakage integrity and structural strength are important design consideration.
Carbon Steel A105 Threaded Tee are commonly used carbon steel grade which is used to manufacture forge piping components such as forged fittings and flange of small diameter piping, generally for piping whose nominal diameter is NPS 2 or smaller.
Socket weld fittings & threaded fittings are usually packed in carbon and wooden boxes which large size buttweld fittings are packed in wooden pallets. Shipping marks shall be stick on each package. We will make packing list for each package.
