ASTM A182 F321 Slip On Flange
A182 F321 slip on flange is a common flange connection form. Its structure is relatively simple and is connected to pipes or other flanges by slip-on welding. The flange of the slip-on flange has bolt holes for bolting with the mating flange. When connected to the pipeline, the flange is put on the pipeline and then welded at the joint between the pipeline and the flange.

Application areas
Petrochemical industry: In oil refining, chemical production and other devices, it is used to connect various pipeline systems to transport corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, etc.) or high-temperature and high-pressure fluids. Due to the corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance of F321 material, it can ensure the long-term stable operation of the pipeline system under harsh working conditions.
Power industry: Used in the steam and water pipeline system of power stations, especially in some parts that require corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance. For example, in the connection of high-temperature and high-pressure steam pipelines, A182 F321 flat welding flanges can reliably connect pipelines to ensure the sealing and safety of the system.
Food and pharmaceutical industry: Due to the good corrosion resistance and hygienic properties of austenitic stainless steel, this flange is also commonly used in the pipeline system of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries to prevent the pipeline material from contaminating the product and meet the industry’s strict requirements for hygiene and safety.
